Big Picture update

here is a list of my activities with school/work for
the next couple of months....just if anyone wondered:

August 30 - I begin my International Cuisine class -the class ends September 23
September 16 - last day of work at Ravinia but not the last day with Levy
September 27 - October 2 (break)hopefully coming home for the week - might find me at a Bob Evans hanging out or working lol
October 3 purchasing class and nutrition classmonday only classes
October 5th - October 12th The CHIC Cafe is where you will find me from 8am-2pm this is the last thing you do before your externship ---hint hint the cafe is open to the public for whoever wants to come in and eat!!
October 24th Purchasing class ends
October 25th - 30th maybe another trip home for a famous Halloween Party I hear of
November 1st - Externship what does this mean - well this means I stay with Levy Restaurants and they send me somewhere(wherever
they need me - to "learn") at the moment we havent exactly decided where I might go...the season for being in Chicago is somewhat soon to be over
although there are restaurants....Spiaggia, Bistro 110, etc and McCormic Place catering we do...I am thinking they will send me somewhere...Milwaukee was a possibility which essentially isnt that far from Chicago and as of today the talk of going to Green Bay(Lambeau Field - where the Packers play) was in the midst....my Chef Matt possibly be there so I wouldnt mind staying with at least one of my Chef's- and as much as the though of going to Green Bay isnt that great - it is a great opportunity to be flexible at this point of time in my career with the company.

That would last until January and I should graduate in February....and then who knows!!
